While we are happy to provide a quick consultation with a rough ‘ball park’ estimate at no cost to you, we do not offer detailed written estimates for free. The reason for this is because our written estimates include appraisal worthy line-by-line detail, measurements and assessment in order to thoroughly estimate all aspects and foreseeable variables of your construction project. This process involves production expenses and overheads, and are time intensive to procure. We use Industry Standard Estimation Software to detail and document all necessary areas and measurements, as well as utilizing Matterport Scan Technology to provide intricate and high quality 3D scans for measurements, documentation, accuracy and transparency. Detailed written estimates are provided by request at a price of $450 which will be credited towards the construction project should you choose to proceed.
